Since 2024, the Moscow International Publishing Week has been organized by the Moscow Agency of the Creative Industries.

Zhanybek Abidetegin is the curator of the Ala-Too Book Club at the Ala-Too International University. She studied under the Sharjah Professional Program, the Ramon Llull Institute Scholarship Program, the Guadalajara Program and the Istanbul Scholarship Program. He has comprehensive knowledge and practical experience at all stages of the book's production cycle, from copyright acquisition and prepress preparation to print runs.
She is a publishing specialist with eleven years of experience at Penguin Random House Mexico Corporation, where she carried out editorial activities in the segments of fiction and popular science literature. His career in this company began in the Grijalbo imprint and ended with a job in the Alfaguara imprint. Among the authors with whom the editor collaborated are well—known representatives of modern prose: Fernanda Melchor, Brenda Lozano and Hasmina Barrera. In the field of popular science literature, she has edited publications by Arturo Elias Ayub (business literature), Alejandra Llamas (personal growth) and Alice Keyheiro (popular psychology), which have received the status of bestsellers.
Since September 2023, Fernanda Alvarez has been invited to Hachette Livre México as a publisher of fiction in order to develop a new product line, given that previously the company's activities were mainly focused on the production of educational and methodological literature. Currently, a number of imprints are being developed under her leadership, including H Literatura, H Voces, H Otros mundos, H Parenting, H Actualidad and H+. As of the current period, she has published 55 books by various authors.; The created imprints have received recognition in the professional environment, both from literary critics and among authors.
Fernanda Alvarez has participated in scholarship programs (Istanbul and Turin), and has served as an invited expert at round tables on audiobooks and the publishing process. In addition, she is regularly invited to conduct seminars and workshops on editorial skills as part of professional educational programs.
Prior to founding Kathalaya, Mr. Joshi was involved in the activities of the Room to Read organization since its inception and contributed to the establishment of about 450 libraries in public schools in 22 districts of Nepal. In the process, he faced an acute shortage of high-quality children's literature in the country, which prompted him to found his own publishing house. The start of Kathalaya's operations was modest: the initial investment was only 200,000 Nepali rupees, and in the first year 15 titles of books were released.

Rajeev Dhar Joshi serves as translator and editor of numerous publications produced by Kathalaya. His works include the translation into Nepali of children's picture books, including "Mero pyaro khelaunā" (2022), "Jasus Avishako virus sagako jit" (2020), "Marmat Garna Sipalu Manis" (2021), as well as participation in the editing of the English text in the publication "Mero kama = My job" (2012) .

In 2016, he was awarded the Editorial Merit Award in Chile. The publications released under his leadership became the winners of the Koré Prize and the "Best Literary Works" award. Currently, Rafael Lopez is a member of the jury at the Ministry of Culture of Chile. Books for children published under his editorship are included in the IBBY, White Rabbit and Cuatro Gatos lists.

Previously, he served as Chairman and Managing Director of Printel (Pvt) Ltd. and Asia Pre Press (Pvt) Ltd., and made significant contributions to the development of the printing, publishing and packaging industries in Sri Lanka.
Currently, Mr. Kulatunga is the President of the Sri Lanka National Section of the International Children's Book Council (IBBY), Director of the Sri Lanka Institute of Printing and Director of the Sri Lanka Academy of Print Media. He is also a member of the editorial board of the journal Book Reading Media, published by the State Public Scientific and Technical Library of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Mr. Kulatunga served as President of the Sri Lanka Book Publishers Association until June 8, 2026; he is currently the immediate former President, continuing to support the leadership and strategic initiatives of the Association. He is also the former President of the Sri Lanka Polygraph Association and previously taught as a visiting lecturer at the University of Fine and Performing Arts.
In the academic field, Mr. Kulatunga holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a diploma of advanced training in the field of printing production management and graphic communications, obtained in Australia. His additional qualifications include degrees in Writing and Communications from the University of Sri Jayawardenepura, as well as in Cultural Heritage Management from the University of Kelaniya. He was also awarded an honorary doctorate by the Open International University of Complementary Medicine (Medicina Alternativa).
In recognition of his scientific work, especially research on the historical significance of the Sacred Relic of the Buddha's Tooth, Mr. Kulatunga was awarded the honorary titles Deshabandhu and Deshashakti, awarded by the Temple of the Sacred Relic of the Buddha's Tooth, the most revered Buddhist sanctuary in Sri Lanka.
An accomplished author, editor, and researcher, he has written and published numerous books on various subjects, edited and published more than twenty publications, and played a leading role in developing Sri Lanka's National Book Policy. His research paper "The Evolution of Printing and Publishing and their Impact on the Sri Lankan Education System" highlights the transformative role of print media in national development.
Among Mr. Kulatunga's numerous awards, a special place is occupied by the prestigious China Prize for Special Contribution to the Book Business (China Special Book Award), awarded to him in 2023 for 2022 in recognition of his outstanding contribution to cultural exchange and the development of the publishing sector.
Co-founder and publisher of the South Korean BookGoodCome publishing house, specializing in children's literature. Together with partner Lee Rury, she founded the publishing house in 2009. Since 2011, he has been actively participating in the largest international book fairs (Bologna, Frankfurt), engaged in the purchase and sale of rights around the world.
